This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Possible abuse by User:Elcobbola for blocking User:hetupeahelandia and claiming that it was a "sockpuppet" of User:Pricehissam[edit]

He blocked Hetupeahelandia (talk · contribs) for being "sockpuppet" of User:Pricehissam without proper evidence Melaza1978 (talk) 03:40, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

For posterity, sockpuppetry by Hetupeahelandia is indeed Confirmed, and one does not even need CU tools to find evidence; for example:

Special:Contributions/CimiAnderson (possible block evasion of Special:Contributions/Masahiro007)[edit]

Dear admins, please have a look at their edits. They are related to Swift Xi/Engineering, as well as their previous accounts in Commons:Requests for checkuser/Case/Masahiro007 and Special:Contributions/MasaMukai3. I have checked the edits in other wikis, they are related to Swift Xi/Engineering and the Matsushita family (w:simple:The Matsushita Institute of Government and Management, w:Draft:The Matsushita Institute of Government and Management) as well as the previous accounts. Please also see w:simple:Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/Archive21#Accounts_related_to_T-ICU and w:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Masahiro007/Archive. Thank you for your attention.
