Keep but rename the file to "Helicopter view of Seoul". Here is the similar case. (Supertall skyscraper is located the country without FoP, Skyline image, kept due to DM)

I have two polls, depending on what is acceptable here and what will be the final say of the admin, as it appears the file has prior versions: JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 06:18, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

1)  Delete. Tower is the intended aim of this image. Not de minimis. See also Commons:Deletion requests/File:Tree after Pierre Alechinsky; poem by Yves Bonnefoy. Rue Descartes, Paris July 2015.jpg (French FOP case) and COM:DM#An example (per Explicit at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Giant Rubber Duck invades Pittsburgh (10023967385).jpg). Applying the building on the paragraph of COM:DM/An example: So, if Lotte World Tower forms an essential part of the overall photographic composition, or if the photograph was taken deliberately to include the Seoul skyscraper, there is likely to be copyright infringement, and it is no defence to say that the skyscraper was 'just part of this skyline photo' (yet it is the only noticeable significant building here). If the existence of the skyscraper was the reason the photograph was taken in the first place, copyright infringement cannot be avoided by additionally including within the frame more of the setting or the surrounding area.. Note that File:Skyline-Dubai-2010.jpg contains other buildings and not just Burj Khalifa, thus passes de minimis. Or,

2) revert the file to its very first version,  Keep that version and  Delete all newer versions. The original version conforms more to DM as the cropped version today is intentional to the tower. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 06:18, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@JWilz12345: Ok. I think it's good to do something like this:
Revert the version of the file to the first version and rename the file to "Helicopter view of Seoul".

I reverted the version of the file to the first version. All that's left is to rename the file and keep it. Ox1997cow (talk) 10:47, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Intermediate uploads featuring the tower have been deleted. --King of ♥ 04:18, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
